SNR Engineering Services Pte Ltd is a safety oriented and quality based company comprising of well trained, experienced repairers, overhaulers and rewinders. The company started its operation by providing services for small, middle capacity motors and generators in 2010. It expanded its operation to provide services for large capacity and high voltage motors and generators in the subsequent years.
Mr. Nathan, the founder of this company is an Electrical Engineer who has also completed his MBA. He has versatile experience on handling motor, generator, transformer, and switchgears. In the past, he had serviced as a Cell Leader in GE Singapore’s motor and generator division. With the knowledge he gained in GE, he trains all the engineers, winders and fitters in SNR to service all low voltage/high voltage AC motors and generators, GE 752 top drive, drilling machine and Draw work, Toshiba, Gulf, SIEMENS, Mitsubishi traction DC motor and other brand of DC shunt, series motor and generator.
SNR makes reference to relevant international and EASA standards to ensure good quality and safety control of their services. They are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OSHAS 18001:2008 and BizSafe Star. They ensure their services and equipment are of good quality, condition and safety by conducting yearly internal and external audit by a certified audit team.
SNR’s workshop is fully equipped with calibrated electrical testing instruments such as HIPOTRONICS, AC/DC Testing Panel (1200KVA, 6.6KV), AC / DC motorised control panels (100A – 200A, 700V), 40KW oven, PI Megger, AC/DC HIPOT testers, surge tester, insulation testers, DLRO, tong meters, temperature meters, multi-meters, taco meter, vibration testers. It is also equipped with 3T dynamic balancing machine, 5-10T A frame (for in-house services), 1T-2T Portable A frame (for on-site service) and 2T Floor Crane (for both in-house and on-site services).
